John M. Flores, M.D. specializes in primary care sports medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and then attended Medical University of the Americas in Nevis, West Indies. From there he completed a family medicine internship and residency at the University of Minnesota St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Dr. Flores obtained additional fellowship training in primary care sports medicine at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Flores is board-certified and a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Flores is also a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. His practice focus and expertise are in non-operative orthopedics and sports medicine care in patients of all ages.
Dr. Flores enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, working out, traveling and attending many sporting events. He serves as the team physician for Boswell High School and helps cover the Friday Night Injury Clinic at Texas Orthopedic Specialists. Dr. Flores sees patients in both the Bedford and Alliance locations.
